Prayer Request Form

This form is for members and regular attendees of Corpus Christi Anglican Church. Your request will only be shared with the Vicar and a prayer team of three trained prayer leaders from Corpus Christi Anglican Church (CCAC) unless you give the prayer team permission to share the prayer request with the larger community of CCAC for prayer.

Your prayer request will remain confidential with our prayer team of 4 people (the Vicar and 3 trained prayer leaders). If you check this box, the prayer request will be shared to the larger prayer group at CCAC. If this is a matter only for the Vicar, please email the Vicar directly at morgan@ccanglicanchurch.org.

If your prayer request involves surgery, moving, or something else where meals might be helpful, please let us know. We will follow up with a form to create a "take-them-a-meal" for you.
